Hang Ups
SL Spyder Gravity Boots are designed to be used with the following
 Hang
Ups products: the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, Inversion Bar and
F5000 Inversion Table.
With
the EZ-Up Inversion Rack:
Gravity Boots can be used with the EZ-Up Inversion Rack, a
double-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch and
is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups
and squats).
With
the Hang Ups Inversion
Bar: Gravity Boots can be used with the Hang Ups Inversion
Bar, a single-bar system that offers a fully inverted stretch
and can also be used for exercises.
With
the F5000 Inversion Table:
Gravity Boots are an optional addition to the F5000 Inversion
Table. The F5000 comes with standard ankle clamps, however,
if the user feels the need for more support around the ankle,
the table can be converted with a CV Bar for use with Gravity
Boots.
